Gayle is a Resolution-trained all-issues family mediator who undertakes mediation work alongside her practice as a specialist family law barrister.
Gayle has over 20 years’ experience of working as a family law barrister in areas including child arrangements, divorce, family finance, and domestic abuse. She works with parents, separating/divorcing couples, grandparents, children, and local authorities, and her experience means that she approaches the mediation process with detailed knowledge or the law and how the court is likely to approach a case.
Gayle is very highly regarded by her clients. She is quick to build a rapport with people and her warm, personable, empathetic, and down to earth approach helps to put them at their ease. This, together with her clear and rational approach to mediation, helps clients feel confident and empowered by the mediation process, and enables them to reach realistic and practical solutions in a respectful and confidential setting.
