Civil Mediation charges for a full day (7 hours) are usually charged at £2,000 plus VAT though this can vary based on the value of the claim and the work involved.
Additional time
If additional time is required over and beyond your chosen allocated time, it is charged at £100 plus Vat per party, per hour.
Location costs
Mediations usually take place at our Canterbury site or a solicitor’s office, however alternative venues or remote mediations can be arranged with any additional costs being split between the parties.
