What Family Mediation Costs
Costs for mediation are shared between both parties, in any way that you agree.
Intake sessions
Individual intake/MIAMS appointments are each charged at a fixed fee of £150 plus VAT, which usually lasts for up to 45 minutes.
Full mediation sessions
Joint appointments are charged at £400 plus VAT for each appointment, (£200 plus VAT per person) which lasts for up to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Memorandum of understanding
Drafting the memorandum of understanding usually costs £500 plus VAT (£250 plus VAT per person).
Publicly funded mediations
Becket Chambers does not currently accept publicly funded mediations.
